A U.S. Army veteran with 14 years of experience leading teams and operating in complex environments, she has worked across Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia, building partnerships, navigating different cultures, and learning firsthand how powerful connection can be when people come together.

Raised on a farm in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Abbi grew up understanding hard work, community, faith, and showing up for people: values that still drive how she leads today.

She believes deeply in the mission behind Blue Suede BBQ, that great food has a way of bringing people together in a real and lasting way. In her role, she is focused on growing the brand, building strong partnerships, and taking that mission to new places without losing what makes it special.
